In recent years, practical cooperation between China and Singapore has continued to expand, vividly illustrating the connotation of the all-round cooperative partnership progressing with the times . In order to implement the consensus of the leaders of the two countries to include legal and judicial cooperation in bilateral cooperation, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) has actively promoted international commercial legal exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore, and actively carried out practical cooperation with Singapore's Ministry of Law and International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO). CCPIT and the Singapore Ministry of Law have co-organized the 1st Singapore-China International Commercial Dispute Resolution Conference (the Singapore-China Conference) in 2019.The 2nd Singapore-China Conference was co-organized by CCPIT,the Singapore Ministry of Law and ICDPASO in 2022, on which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to set the Singapore-China Conference as an permanent annual conference. The Singapore-China Conference has created a new platform which will help strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and promote the development of higher-quality regional commercial legal exchanges. In order to unify the brand image of the "Singapore-China International Commercial Dispute Resolution Conference" and expand its influence, the image logo (LOGO) and promotional slogan (SLOGAN) are now open to public solicitation.

4. Requirements
LOGO
(1) The logo design should reflect the elements of China, Singapore, International Commercial Dispute Resolution etc.
(2) The logo can be in the form of a combination of text and graphics, designed with the main elements in the name of the conference, reflecting the connotation of the conference for bilateral cooperation in the international commercial dispute resolution conference.
(3) The logo should have a distinctive theme, beautiful shape, high recognisability, rich in artistic influence and visual impact, easy to remember and publicize.
(4) The logo design should be accompanied by a detailed design description and creative introduction, providing such information on the specification of the pattern, proportion, standard color and standard font of the image LOGO.
(5) The logo renderings must be in JPG format, the color mode must be RGB color, picture resolution should be above 300dpi, the size should be below 6M, and ensure that it can be used clearly when reduced to 100×100 pixels. After the selection of the work, high-precision design original drawings (vector graphics AI files) must be provided.
SLOGAN
(1) The promotional slogan should be simple, concise and catchy.
(2) The slogan should be inclusive and contemporary, fully reflecting the characteristics of bilateral cooperation and international commercial dispute resolution, and not appear outdated in the next three to five years.
(3) The slogan should be bilingual in English and Chinese. Submissions should be accompanied by a paragraph explaining the slogan design.
5. Application Methods
(1)Please send the work to the email address: flb@ccpit.org before 09:00 on March 31, 2023, and indicate in the subject of the email: "Singapore-China Conference logo and slogan submission";
(2) In addition to the logo design drawings and slogans, the content of the submission must also include the following:
1. Description of the creation or design concept of the work (within 300 words);

4. Contact number

6. Selection Method
The works will be reviewed and determined by the Legal Department of the CCPIT. All works are non-returnable. The organizer has the right to promote, publish and dispose of the collected works.

7. Award design
(1) 1 first prize, RMB 5,000 (¥5,000.00)
(2) 2 second prizes, RMB 2,500 each (¥2,500.00)
8. Precautions
(1) Submissions should be up-to-date and original, and ensure that they have never been published in any form.
(2) Applicants must ensure that all manuscripts do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others (including but not limited to pictures, text, etc.). Any legal issues involving copyright disputes and other legal issues shall be borne by the applicant, and the organizer shall not bear any responsibility.
(3) Once all the works are submitted, their copyrights and usage rights will belong to the organizer of this event.
(4) The organizer has the right to request the shortlisted candidates to optimize and modify the design. The finalists are obliged to optimize and modify according to the requirements of the organizer.
(5) All works are non-returnable, and applicants are requested to keep their own drafts.
(6) In case of any duplication of the content of the work, priority of acceptance will be given in the order of receipt.
